Stir Fried Lemon Chicken

                                                     Stir Fried Lemon Chicken Ingredients: Chicken boneless: 100gms chicken stock: 1glass lemon: 1 Mushrooms: 4-5pcs Beans: 10-12 carrots: 2 sliced diagonally garlic: 1tsp crushed cornflour: 1tsp soya sauce: 1tsp oil: 1/2tsp salt to taste Recipe: Boil chicken in a glass of water and keep the remaining stock aside. Grate 1 tsp of lemon zest and keep it aside whisk 2tsp lemon juice with chicken stock, corn flour and soya sauce in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan and cook chopped mushrooms, carrots and beans till vegetables gets tender. add lemon zest and crushed garlic in veg. whisk the stock mixture and add it in a pan, stirring until thickened 2-3 minutes. add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.  

Chicken Tikka Masala

                                                          Chicken Tikka Masala Ingredients: Chicken boneless: 100gms hung curd: 2 tsp chicken masala: 1/2tsp egg white: 1/2 salt: 1/4tsp mustard oil: 1/2tsp corn flour: 1tsp Recipe: Mix egg white and hung curd in a bowl. add chicken masala, oil, corn flour, salt in the above mixture, now add chicken in the mixture and keep it aside for 1 hour. grill it in microwave for 10 mins. serve hot or wrap it in chicken kathi roll.

Hung Curd Dressing

                                                        Hung Curd Dressing Ingredients: Hung curd: 1Tsp capsicum: 1/4 finely chopped spring onion with greens: 1/4 finely chopped salt to taste pepper: a pinch mustard sauce: 1/2tsp Recipe: mix all the ingredients and apply it on slice of bread or chapati.

Spinach and paneer salad

                                                    Spinach and paneer salad Ingredients: chopped spinach leaves: 2 cups homemade paneer: 40gms chopped tomato: 1 medium green chili paste: 1/2tsp sugar: 1/2tsp lime juice: 1tsp tomato sauce: 1tsp chili sauce: 1/2tsp soya sauce: 1tsp salt to taste Recipe: wash the spinach and cook for 2 mins. cool and mix paneer cubes or scrambled paneer with it. add all the ingredients and serve chilled.  

Lentil and carrot soup

                                                        Lentil and Carrot Soup Ingredients: grated carrots: 1/2 cup chopped spinach: 1 cup moong dal: 2tsp chopped onions: 1 small chopped potato: 1 small chopped tomato: 1 med. melted butter: 1tsp tomato sauce: 1tsp sugar: 1/2tsp chopped coriander leaves: 1/4 cup salt and pepper to taste Recipe: Pressure cook all the veg except onions with 2 glasses of water with dal, after 2 whistle cook for 5 mins. Blend the above vegetables in a mixer. Heat pan and take 1 tsp of melted butter and saute onions lightly. Add the stock, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Boil it for 5 mins and serve with chopped coriander leaves as topping.

                                                        Open tricolour sandwich Ingredients: Brown bread: 1 slice carrots: 1/2 cucumber: 1/3 scrambled paneer: 15gms green chili paste: 1/2tsp finely chopped coriander leaves tomato sauce: 1tsp black pepper: 2 pinches lime juice: 1/4tsp salt to taste Recipe: mix well all the ingredients with tomato sauce for the sandwich filling. apply it on the toasted bread on one side and serve cold with or without covering it with another piece of bread.
