Fruity Dessert : Ingrediants: Berries : (dried or fresh cranberries, blue berries ) 1Tblsp each Seasonal fruit : 1 cup finely chopped Chia seeds: soaked for 15 minutes in water  Coconut milk: 2tsp Rolled oats: 2tsp roasted Method: - Take a bowl / glass, add berries followed by fruits, soaked chia seeds, coconut milk and then top it with roasted rolled oats. - Refrigerate it and serve chilled.

OATS AND VEG DELIGHT SOUP Ingrediants: Garlic : 1tsp finely chopped Mixed veg: 1 cup chopped and boiled (French beans, cauliflower, carrot) Onions: 1/4 finely chopped Rolled Oats: 1Tblsp Oil: 1/2 tsp  Coriander: 1 Tblsp finely chopped Freshly ground black pepper Salt as per taste   METHOD: - Heat the oil in a deep non stick pan, add garlic and onions and saute for a minute. - Add the mix vegetables, 2 cups water, salt and pepper. Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. - Add the oats and coriander, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 minute. - Serve Hot

Take A Bike Ride On The Highland Hudson Valley Rail TrailThe HVRT at full development will include: • A 12-foot-wide strip of asphalt leading from the Walkway Over the Hudson to the intersection of New Paltz Road and Route 299. • A connection in Dutchess County, creating approximately thirty more miles of trails. • Uninterrupted pedestrian and low-impact sporting trails stretching from the eastern end of the Walkway over the Hudson connecting with the vast trail system in the Shawangunks up into the Catskills and the soon to be opened Dutchess Rail Trail. • An expanded 4.0 mile trail for walking, hiking and enjoying beautiful scenery.
